I have worked for 30 years in a large organisation dealing with strategic planning, development and operations in the security field and I have dealt with thousands of people from different societies and at all levels.

Right at the beginning, I found that my educational qualifications were inadequate for me to do my job well.

To excel, I learnt that I had to master all kinds of sales and persuasion techniques to sell myself, my ideas and my organisation. I devoured any and all books on salesmanship, persuasion techniques, human behaviour and relationship and after a while, I cracked the code.

Now I can get people to do things they may not like to do, and they will do it willingly, and thank me for asking them to do it.

I have gleaned my experience and techniques used in dealing with people and managing projects and compiled the precious knowledge into a step-by-step system.

I have also chaired many committees to train people on how to deal with big clients successfully and how to sell themselves and their ideas successfully.

I am a timeless seeker of knowledge, occasional purveyor of wisdom and also a specialist in understanding human behaviors, development and interaction.

I have a mind that never sleeps. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been coming up with ideas, projects and goals to tackle. I find a lot of satisfaction in choosing a goal and seeing it through to the end. It’s how I learn and grow as a person.
